Do I still have a chance of getting accepted to my dream school?

I'm in my first year university and want to transfer, and so far I've been getting pretty good grades- except for two. I got a C- on a history midterm (worth 20% of grade) and a C on a geography midterm paper (worth 30% of grade). I still have finals, but the only grades the university I'm transferring to will look at to give me conditional acceptance is my first semester final grades... and their acceptance cut off is about 3.0/4.33 or 73%. Help :(
