From 2 days water is coming out from my eyes after some time continuously....why is it so ?

There are a lot of things that can cause this problem. If your puncta (the drains in the corner of your eyes that drain tears into your nose) are blocked, you will tear constantly. You may also have dry eye, blepharitis, etc. You should probably go see an eye doctor, but this problem will probably not lead to your needed spectacles if you didn't need them before.
