Will one C in an AP cl destroy me?

I have a 72 in AP USH I right now. It's obviously a big change for me. I usually really good at history; last year I had an A+ the whole year, but that was an A cl and my teacher was a joke. Now, it's only the first marking period, and I'm going to speak to my teacher, but I think I'll probably get a C in the cl, if not a D. ): I'm planning on working a lot harder this next marking period, and studying my off for the midterm, because I know I didn't study enough this marking period. But even if I do get a C or D this marking period, and end up getting a C for the semester, will good colleges totally disqualify me? What do I do? I'm normally a straight A student.
