Has anyone else broke out in tiny bumps (rash) all over face because of Tru Blend Concealer by Covergirl?

Maybe you are having an allergic reaction to the makeup. Are you allergic to anything that is in the product, check the ingredients. I think it is just hives or can just be a rash like you said.
