How best should our USA go about becoming a nation of...?

Viet Nam and the war on drugs have a lot in common. We were not and are not trying to win either. War on drugs? When we send in the Army to take our streets back, bomb the hell out of manufacturins around the globe and sentence dealers and cartels to death, that will be a war on drugs. Until then, nothing is going to get better.
