Trig!!! Csc, sec, and cot. Unit Circle?

How do you find the csc, sec, and cot. of theta in a unit circle? My teacher told me 1\sin theta for csc, but I don't understand how to solve, let's say 135 degrees: 1\square root 2\2???????? Help!!
