Roomate has questionable behavior?

i rentd out a room in april to a man who is in his 60, some minor things have happend like him using too much electricity, putting up wet dishes, not being considerate of noise, etc. Him walking around in joggers with a flashlight. Well today a boy age 10 or 11 came to door and asked for the man his name starts with a b i said brian but he was not here. To me i don't know any kids in this neighboorhood much less for one to come as for my roomate about a laser light that he could very well buy on his own. This make me and my husband very concerned whey mingle with kids for any if you don't know them. We live real close to elem school and are so uncomfortable that we want to ask him to leave do i have that right. I wonder does he just stop his motorcycle and talk to kids how does he befriends kids we have never seen, just is out of place to me and I wnat to ask him to leave today do i have that right or do i needc to give him thirty day notice. Saturday he was doing questionable behavior out side from what my hsuband saw.
