Any good remedies for bronchitis?

right now i have bronchitis. I'm 14 and i'm prone to it so i have had it before. I have a sore throat and am very congested. When i breathe i have some trouble and i have been taking medicine but i just want to get better faster. So does anyone know of any ways that can help cure congestion fast? Thanks.
