Jack Van Impe: False prophet or misguided Christian?

I saw this guy late one night and I have to say he is either a looney tune or misguided.....or maybe he is there to deter anyone from becoming a Christian because I would be afraid of becoming a looney tune like him............so what can be said about this guy?
