Please can someone help me suss out a weight loss diet, I'm 5 foot 9, i'm 64 kgs, I do weight training 4 times a week with cardio for 20 mins. I'm stuck on about 1500 calories a day, not sugars no fats, mainly proteins in the evenings n cards during the day.. n fruits n veg.. why am i stuck on a weight? can anyone help me with a diet plan??
