Will my footy mad son get scouted again?

my 10 year old son has had trials for man city and stoke city,he was spotted when he was 7 years old and had trials for both clubs when he was 7,but due to being told he would have to give up his sunday football with his local team he said he did not want to go,which is understandable for a lad of his age,he also attracted interest from notts forest and port vale but did not want to go for a trial.he is a left footed player who plays left wing and is the youngest in his team(if his birthday was 3 days later he would be playing under 10,s instead of under 11,s) i know it sounds biased but he is an excellent player and now that bit older realises the importance of a football academy if he wants to fulfil his dream of being a footy player.Is there any chance of him beinted again or are their any football clubs offering open trials?
