Neighbour from hell. Please help!?

There's this woman living in the flat right next door to mine, who does nothing all day apart from sleeping and makes lots of noise with loud music, moving furniture, hoovering etc. at night. I have already complained to the landlord and they gave her a warning although they told me that they cannot kick her out. After that she stopped for a couple of months and I was able to sleep at night. Now she has started again and the noise is even worst especially during week days. I work long hours 5 days a week and this person is on job seeker allowance. I even tried to speak to her but it proved pointless as she seems to be either crazy or high on something (all the time). In addition I keep seeing different men coming in and out of her flat, at night. I would move but I am comfortable in that flat ( the other residents are respectable people) and it's in a nice area and close to my work. I have been there long before her and I am a good tenant. what should I do?
