Weight loss help!!! advice please?
I hit a plateau and it lasted over two weeks -- I seemed to get past it once I varied up my workout and actually increased my caloric intake by about 200 calories. I think my body had realized I'd quit eating as much and started holding onto the weight, therefore once I starting eating more calories (roughly 1500 rather than the 1200 or 1300 I had been eating), the pounds (or kilos in your case) started coming back off. As far as the exercising, I had been doing lots of cardio; once I added some strength training, that seemed to help. Best of luck!
