What is my diagnosis?

Take a deep breath....ok, so here is what i think. I think you may have some anxiety issues. if you become overwhelmed or feel like you have a huge weight on your shoulders you just need to stop and take a deep breath. Your not the only person in the world that worries about the things you have mentioned, take a collected sign of relief knowing that your not alone. Millions of people lead normal lives with thoughts like yours. Just dont let them consume you, whenever you have a thought that you don't like push it out of your head at once. Never ever give into your demons, they do nothing but hold you back. I hope i have helped in some way. And if your still worried about these things go see a counselor or someone that can give you professional help.
